Institute of International Safety Courses

Privacy Policy

Draft notice: this policy describes, accurately, the data this website’s enquiry forms collect and how they are processed in the current build. It should still be reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before publication, and the bracketed {{TOKENS}} below completed with IISC’s confirmed business and retention details.

1. Who we are

This policy covers personal data collected through the Institute of International Safety Courses (IISC) website at https://iisc.edu.pk/. For any privacy question or request, use the form on our Contact page.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect:

  • Full name, email address and phone number.
  • Country, course of interest and preferred study mode.
  • Any message you choose to add.
  • For corporate enquiries: company name, contact person, designation, number of participants, courses required, and preferred location or dates.
  • Your explicit consent to be contacted, recorded with a timestamp.

We also automatically record the page you submitted the form from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address (not the IP address itself) used for spam and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and recommend the right course.
  • Send you a confirmation email acknowledging your enquiry.
  • Contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the course(s) you enquired about.
  • Maintain an internal record of enquiries for our own admissions process.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Enquiry submissions are:

  • Recorded in our internal enquiry log as a guaranteed backup of every lead received.
  • Emailed to our admissions inbox and to you (as a confirmation) via our transactional email provider, Resend.
  • If configured, forwarded to our internal CRM system so an advisor can follow up with you.

Retention period: {{DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD}}, to be confirmed by IISC.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site may use analytics tooling (such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use it. Where enabled, this can set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time via the form on our Contact page. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always applies from the date it is published on this page.
