1. About these terms

These terms apply when you enquire about, enrol in, or attend a course delivered by Institute of International Safety Courses (IISC). By submitting an enquiry or enrolment form, you agree to the terms below.

2. Enrolment

An enquiry submitted through this website is not itself an enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only once you have agreed a course, format and schedule with an advisor and completed IISC’s enrolment process, including any payment terms communicated to you directly.

3. Course delivery

Courses are delivered in the classroom, live online, or on-site for corporate groups, as agreed at enrolment. IISC will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the confirmed schedule, but dates may occasionally change due to trainer availability, minimum group size, or circumstances outside our control. Learners will be notified of any change as early as possible.

4. Certification

Certificates are issued directly by the relevant awarding body (NEBOSH, IOSH, OTHM, or the applicable body for your course) once you have met that body’s assessment requirements, not by IISC itself. IISC is not able to guarantee a pass result, as assessment outcomes are determined solely by the awarding body.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled as follows:

Cancellation window before a batch starts: {{CANCELLATION_WINDOW}}

Rescheduling to a later batch: {{RESCHEDULE_POLICY}}

Awarding-body examination or registration fees, once paid to the awarding body, are generally non-refundable regardless of IISC’s own policy, confirm this with your advisor for your specific course.

6. Learner conduct

Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete required coursework and assessments honestly, and treat trainers and fellow learners with respect. IISC reserves the right to remove a learner from a course in cases of serious misconduct or assessment dishonesty.

7. Limitation of liability

IISC provides training in good faith and to the standard set by each awarding body, but does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels or career progression following completion of a course.
